Dr Stephanie Eichstadt Psychiatry is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to patients. I take the time to listen to patients and will work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals.

The first consultation will involve a full assessment- taking a thorough history, finding out more about your reasons for consultation and dong the relevant physical exam and investigations necessary. We will then work together to structure the best individualized treatment approach for you.

Follow up consultations will focus on monitoring your progress and adjusting your treatment plan as needed. 

It is so important that I meet you in person. However, after your first consultation, follow ups can certainly be arranged online if more suitable for you.

You will be able to claim back from your medical aid provider for the costs associated  in accordance with your selected plan. For guidance on extent of cover, you should consult your specific medical aid and plan. Dr Eichstadt is contracted out of medical aid rates.
